Prices

• To meet the laws on Public Safety, on arrival each customer must fill out a special identification card that will be handed over to the Police.
• After check-in, we will deliver to the guests the keys of the apartment, which must be returned upon departure.
• In case of loss and / or damage of keys you have to pay a penalty of € 30.00.
• The payment of the reservation must be made at check-in.
• We do not accept checks.
• The direction is not responsible for personal items left unattended in the apartment.
• Arrival is possible from 13:00 to 15:00, consistent with our willingness to receive you, so please communicate in advance by email your estimated time of arrival.
• Check-ins after 20:00, they are subject to approval and an extra fee of 15 €.
• On departure the room must be vacated no later than 11.00.
• Smoking is forbidden.
• Our vacation home guarantees its guests the opportunity to connect to the Internet free and unlimited by Wi-Fi.

Cancellation Policy

The fee paid by Paypal, bank transfer or credit card will be refunded only in the event that any cancellation would take place within 15 days from date of arrival.

If the booking is canceled less than 15 days before arrival, it will retain 30% of the amount paid. No show or reduction of stay informed on arrival or during the stay itself, involves the payment of 100% of the amount.

It does not include municipal taxes (€ 3.50 per person for up to 10 days, are exempted from paying child under 10 years of age), payable in cash on site.
